Returns
If we make a mistake on your order we will make it right.
To return a roduct: Within 5 days of receipt you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply fill out the RMA Request Form . Once the form is received our quality control team will review and get back to you wtithin 3 days.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell blank can be returned within 5 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted that have customization or decoration on them. If there is a mistake made in the order please fill out the RMA Request Form. Why do we not accept returns on decorated items that have not had a mistake made? Because once your logo or design is on it we cannot send it back to manufacturer and we cannot resell it.
We have a showroom full of samples for you to try on before purchase. We also suggest that if you are unsure of the quality, size, color or fit of the item you are purchasing please come into our showroom and try on before we print or embroidery on it.
Returns for refund: must be made within 5 days of receipt of purchase.
